Early On Michigan Resources for Infants and Toddlers Book CoverThe 2007 Early On® Michigan Resources for Infants and Toddlers is Michigan’s central directory for parents, educators, and other service providers seeking resource information related to the identification, evaluation, and education of children with special needs, from birth to age three.

The directory serves families with children who are eligible for Early On through Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). The document lists names and contact information for special education administrative personnel in intermediate school districts (ISDs), along with Early On contact information. It also lists contact information for the Michigan Department of Education, Office of Early Childhood Education and Family Services, and the Office of Special Education and Early Intervention Services (OSE/EIS), their advisory committees, and IDEA Mandated Activities Projects; contact information for the Michigan Department of Community Health, Michigan Department of Human Services, local and state interagency coordinating councils, and neonatal intensive care units; and contact information for administrative personnel in related Michigan and national agencies, associations, and organizations.
