The Michigan Department of Education, in cooperation with early
childhood and literacy experts, has developed national award-winning
Read, Educate and Develop Youth (R.E.A.D.Y.) materials to help
parents and caregivers make the most of these early learning years.
Products include:
- R.E.A.D.Y. kit filled with over a dozen products available
in three age groups: infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
- R.E.A.D.Y. for School Pack filled with a book and over 30
literacy-based activities
- It Starts with a Book…and YOU! video demonstrating everyday
learning activities
